There may be some people who go on road trips looking for a reason to spend longer at the rest stop, but I am not one of them. I would get an electric car except I don't want my 8 hour drive to see the folks a second longer than it has to be.
Granted, it's not a supercharger, but considering that something like 25 to 30 miles of your trip home consist of un-interrupted descent (i.e. regenerative descent down a mountain), it's not too bad.
