Is there any way to try the workflow before giving up e-mail/phone?

I do similar thing with my friends and it's whole lot of fun to know that ten other people are achieving something great too:)

It's a bit difficult, as the whole workflow is based on emails and phone calls, but I'd like to at least get a video up soon so people can see/hear how it works first.
