I'm curious as to why you're not comfortable giving that information online. Your github is already public, presumably, and possibly your resume (through linkedin) as well. That aside, there doesn't seem to be any downside to maintaining a public presence. In fact, there are numerous benefits. I've had recruiters reach out to me through my public presence on the web.
