There are plenty of pricing cheat sheets out there, but we couldn't find a tool that would let us compare cloud providers while taking one-year or three-year EC2 reservations into account, or answer questions like "who has the best price per GB of RAM", so we built this. We'd love feedback -- what can we do to make this more useful?

Why didn't you include Azure in the comparison?

We'd love to see more providers included, with Azure near the top of the list. If you'd like to contribute, all we need is a static data file -- see https://github.com/scalyr/cloud-costs. Or see https://github.com/scalyr/cloud-costs/blob/master/linode.js for an example.

Sadly serverbear is abysmally slow every time I go to use it. It would be a great tool otherwise.

I think this was a side effect of the server glitch (see below) -- some of the JavaScript dependencies weren't served.

Try http://www.cloudorado.com - it takes one and tree year reservations if you choose longer subscription durations (expandable panel).

The tool doesn't include any of the c3 and i2 instance types yet.

Have you seen pricing for the i2 instances? Amazon doesn't seem to have posted it yet.

I'll look into getting the c3 instances added.
