Quicken Loans is also bringing a bunch of people down and buying up a lot of the empty office buildings. Down town appears to have turned around somewhat but since I'm one of the people who lives in the suburbs I can’t speak to weather there’s any kind of meaningful trickledown effect to help the rest of the city.
