I'm slightly disappointed by the article. It's a novel and interesting topic but wired fails to explain the details of how this works and doesn't even try to explain the physics behind it. IMO it wouldn't be too difficult, since the idea is actually quite simple and can probably explained to a non-technical reader in a few sentences.
