Maybe they shouldn’t install surveillance tech they don’t fully understand. Especially if they don’t disclose it to potential renters. Maybe they should just be present, in case the renter or neighbors have issues.
It’s like your local Police chief not understanding the full capabilities and potential abuse of the cameras they’re spending millions on, rather than investing in patrol officers they can hold accountable.
