Idk, I just have zero faith that corporations are not dumping money on the law decision makers for favorable outcomes.
It’s not so much a problem anymore. Delaware is mainly used for consistency and ease of acquisition. It’s Western states like Nevada and Wyoming that are becoming more advantageous for owners, but this isn’t always a good thing if you intend to sell the company or seek funding.
