I've built quite a few PoCs with Claude over the past few months. Sometimes I start with a mock-up/prototype, which I've written a skill for. On an existing project it looks at the styles and structure and builds a mock-up as separate HTML/CSS that runs as its own prototype but looks like it's part of the product. I often ask for three different options and then iterate until something feels right.
If I don't know what the project is yet, I ask Claude to put together open questions and I answer them one at a time to give it shape. That can take a couple of rounds until I feel like the direction is clear.
I've been building a suite of products to help manage this flow better because it feels like such a common pain point at the moment.
