* Adham Sohbi Salim Ziara: Hamas operative. Planned shootings and explosives against Israeli forces.

* Jabr Moqbel: Hamas financier. Ran a money-exchange network funding Hamas operations and infrastructure.

* Hasan al-Batta: Hamas sniper involved in planning attacks.

* Ibrahim Fawzi Ismail Mohsen: Platoon commander in Hamas’s elite Nukhba Force, involved in planning attacks.

* Mohammed Kamel Suleiman Mohsen: Hamas operative involved in planning attacks and rebuilding military capabilities.

* Muhammad Abu Alwan: Senior Hamas financial official involved in transferring large sums to Hamas.

* Mahmoud Abd al-Fattah Awad: Hamas commander involved in holding seven Israeli hostages and planning attacks.
