I wouldn't criticise that view, because it was better than the 1st Gen SE (2016) in many ways, but did you ever use that first SE? It was even nicer to hold, and I preferred Touch ID.

I think most people would agree the 13 Mini is the better of the two to try to use now.

Maybe after a few more iOS updates, and they're both equally impractical for current websites and apps, the SE will overtake the 13 Mini again :)
