at what temperatures must it be kept to be foldable like this?

Room temperature. Most foldables have a real glass layer (not the top layer though) which somehow bends.

Glass is bendable at room temperature if you make it thin enough.

Case in point: fiber optics.

Thousands of Kelvin.

Plastic glass?
