Capitalized first letter is not percieved by the majority of people as shouting.

Does mobile safai render the entire name in all caps when the first letter is capitalized?

no, my wife and I just have this pet peeve over even the first letter of a username looks very "wrong". Maybe shouting was the wrong word choice.
