Every Apple thread is required to have at least one person to say, “Wut? I can get <types spec sheet> for half that! Have fun paying the Apple tax! lol”.

EDIT: (OP originally had an Ali link to cheap microfiber cloths, and then deleted it. Bad, bad OP.)

Huh? Read plenty of threads here on M series releases, never saw any.

I do see them on "Certified Apple Polishing Cloth" threads because, y'know, such comments kinda make sense for this particular product.

Eh, one probably sees more of that on other forums, but it certainly happens. I was making a half-hearted joke about OP's AliExpress link (which I see they've deleted) more than anything, though.

Why do you think that is?

Laziness and cynicism?

The Apple polishing cloth isn’t (ed: a typical split filament cleaning) microfiber, it’s some kind of synthetic suede. Feels soft not scratchy.

You must be fun at parties

More fun than the kind of person who spends $10 on a rag, though.

Disagree, I want to go to the party hosted by $10 rag guy

Well if you want one, I'll undercut Apple by 50 cents, that is $8.50 (+9344%).
