I don't think that's true either. I get the feeling it's more of a "flood the zone" Steve Bannon style "disrupt the other continents" geostrategic drunken-master kung fu.

I think the US has been like this since its founding. The genocide it supports is revealing not only the truth behind Israel’s existence but also the true nature of US foreign (and domestic) policy.
