About $100 per sqf, using literally the best material I could find for the envelope and most things, the tiles will last hundreds of years, the insulation is 50% thicker than most builds in the area, the windows are top of the line passivhaus certified, etc.. The only thing I couldn't get was hardwood floor but this was mostly due to the heating floor
