Russia in the 12th year of their unprovoked conflict with Ukraine and the 4th year of their full-scale invasion. Putin has stated multiple times his desire and intention to "restore" the russian empire, which necessarily entails attacking NATO states.

Much of the other claims you make are simply false and seem to correspond to typical russian troll-farm propaganda.

No, that was a polite "no" without any timeline, and was widely criticised as such at the time, and nowadays widely called a mistake, including by former NATO Secretary-General Rasmussen. See? You don't even address the ideas anymore, but resort to taking cheap shots. All the passion is gone and what's left is an almost mechanical repetition of "coup, coup, midwifed, midwifed".
