It's open to _everyone in Dallas_, not available _in all of Dallas_.

everyone != everywhere

My local bodega is available to everyone, but it isnt everywhere. I dont know why it is a hard concept to grasp.

I believe they paused freeways everywhere because they drove through some construction (or didn't handle construction zones well).

Oh wow! Hadn't checked in awhile, thanks for the update.

Open to all people, not open to all roads.

looks like Bishop Arts -> Fair Park -> White Rock -> NW Hwy -> Hampton/Inwood, with a weird section jutting out toward Irving along 114

so, no suburbs, only enclaves

our group sees them all the time while skating the katy trail and through downtown dallas

Thanks
