Even if the other commenter instigates the poor behavior, we can't have this kind of escalation or the place will go up in flames. It makes it harder for us to act against the instigator when you do this. This is your intepretation of my post. I did upvote his commentary. There is no need to police around - do something useful with your time

There is an ongoing pattern of snarkiness in your comments. Please make the effort to converse curiously and substantively. We have to ban accounts that continue to participate in this way. The site only continues to exist because others make the effort to raise the standards rather than drag them down.

Would it be possible actually to delete my account + delete my comments or anonymize them? Please, it is my genuine inquiry.

tomhow I noticed you ignore messages whenever convenient. The one time someone asks you to do something useful.
