£7 is about the price of a pint. Surely that’s worth it given the convenience of driving right up to the front door of the terminal?
And they say, oh, no, you can come for free if you’re willing to walk 15 minutes to the terminal. No, that’s greed plain and simple.
With that said, at Zürich airport, you do have ~5 minutes before there's a charge which I find reasonable.
