What we need is a public service constellation, not more billonaire ones.
You could say that about electricity, water supply, healthcare, AI, etc. These should all be public services, not run by for-profit corporations. But we decided against that approach long ago.

Yes I meant Leo. But Terawave is also satellite based, it looks like.
Yes, Terawave is satellite based, but I believe it's not for moving stations like airplanes, and instead for many Gbps from point to point backhaul for data centers. This is what I thought laser-based Starlink was going to quickly move into, back in the day. A space-based Internet backbone is pretty cool.
