Disclaimer: I didn’t post this out of support for Thiel but more just because it is weird a tech titan is making such claims.

All of these "tech titans" are psychiatric cases, and all seem to be heavy drug addicts. In any other industry they'd be fired and probably put behind bars for their behaivour.

But for some reason these guys are literally trying to rewrite society at a fundamental level and everyone is cool with it.

In the last few years I keep seeing interviews with these guys and they are obviously on speed. Too much speed. I’ve seen a tweaker before.

Not gonna name names but look them up. It’s not hard to tell.

Alex Karp is obviously a heavy cocaine user. Musk is high on Ket all the time. There's nothing wrong with naming names.

Users of these drugs frequently think mistakenly everyone else but be using them. I thought the same thing during the brief period I experimented with them 21 years ago.

If you're trying to insinuate I'm using drugs, you're mistaken.

His actual claim makes a lot of sense but this article is playing up the clickbait aspect of it.

If you’d ever seen the bubble of sycophants that insulate this particular Dr. Evil wannabe from reality, you’d know it’s not that weird.

It's hard to take anyone who would write this article very seriously:

Dr. Evil!! That's hysterical (and amazingly fitting)

I’ve had the “pleasure” to get to sit fifteen feet from the guy, right behind his version of Number Two, and listened to his monologuing. I’ve watched his round table of minions nodding. The only things that would have made it more fitting would be if he’d been stroking a hairless cat and snarling at Verne Troyer.

Once you’ve seen him in real life it’ll never leave you.
