To any Iranians, this is mostly all Trump. Americans, even if they voted for Trump, overwhelmingly would not want medical facilities being attacked even if they want a war in the first place, which often they don't.

A word of advice to world leaders is to care 10x harder for who gets elected the next President of USA. I'm not asking for any illegal interference; that would be treasonous and wrong. The way in which Trump has got influenced pseudo-legally afaik is via investments in his and his family's businesses.
