Sadly, the OWS focus on inclusion weakens it politically. It's really hard to rally around a movement that makes a point of attempting to reach across to people whose entire outlook on life you find toxic and appalling. There are people in the US, and they are probably overrepresented in the Tea Party, who harm the nation in direct proportion to their influence on national policy. They need to be defeated utterly, their ideology rendered nothing more than a curious historical footnote. Not parleyed and compromised with and OWS deliberately discourages this. They shot themselves in the foot.
