The fact that the project managers and office staff at my workplace are unable to / incapable of using git is a deal-breaker. Git needs serious work in this regard.

So if some developers are using Git, and the idea is to keep all company stuff in a clearly-shareable and accessible spot, Git + Git Fusion + p4 + Commons would do it.
