Insufficient distribution stations and 4. Pressure by Bibi's far-right coalition partners to limit food entry has combined to cause some level of starvation. From what I've seen so far, its not homogeneously distributed across the strip, but rather concentrated in areas that are isolated and cut off from regular supply routes, like Gaza City was in the North.
