I guess we can quibble about "relevant", but none of those examples really fits the criteria as it stands.

"Many People" - anyone relevant? And were they calling for violence?

The Democrat who wished a political opponent "two bullets to the head" did so in personal texts 3 years ago. Not exactly calling for it, let alone nationally on television.

"Cheering for Luigi" - again relevant people who did? And called for violence?
