Is this FULLY open-source, or are key features locked behind a paywall?

There's nothing hidden besides OAuth configuration that's not replicable as code such as Github App and Google OAuth but not by intent.

We still provide a guest login for dev mode in the database seed script to get around that.

If this is fully open source, how do you intend to make money?
