If you do not want to use SaaS, use a local model.
That's where you find out you need $100k in hardware to do so, and I'm lowballing here. And a person who can put it together, it's not quite a typical ops setup.
More if you want to actually train it.
Of course, it is very expensive and I cannot afford the hardware required for running local models. My hardware is extremely old. :(
