Episode 1 of this series was just god awful, I couldn't even make it through the episode. What is it about this show that's so good? From ep 1 it seemed like kind of a shitty cheesy procedural crime show.
I personally enjoyed it enough to put up with Amazon's weird "Freevee" ads since they did not give me the option to just buy it. The only thing I did not like is the same thing I dislike about most of the shows on Netflix and Amazon is that it drags on really slow. I could have combined many episodes into one, multiple times.
My real problem with it was getting over Michael Emerson -- he's so detestable in Evil.
