The Hebrew Bible does not proscribe death or any punishment from man for eating pork for Jews (a punishment would come from G-d), and it's not prohibited at all for non-Jews. I'm not sure what other religions with pork prohibitions would do.
"Dhimmi communities were also allowed to engage in certain practices that were usually forbidden for the Muslim community, such as the consumption of alcohol and pork." https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dhimmi
