For any speed readers out there, is there a specific speed you have settled down on, or do you always try to improve it by a bit?

My understanding is that the comprehension goes down rapidly as you increase your speed, and despite being a pretty speedy reader, I often find myself turning back pages to understand information I did not quite absorb. Maybe I could do with a little bit less speed after all.
