Yes, but herein lies the problem I'm facing. I don't have the initial capital necessary for business structures that allow for equity shares. So the only thing I can personally do right now without outside help is a sole proprietorship - which in return is afaik unsuitable for any kind of investment activity. I'd be willing to convert the business structure / start off immediately with a suitable structure if I had the funding required, but..
