Please stop stating that outrageous statement- it will not make it true. Post facts. Just because there is now a witch hunt over-turning our government does not mean there is a witch (it appears as only a convenient ploy for a hostile takeover)

Where is the evidence of this "criminality"?

Musk and Trump scream fraud a lot. Fraud has real legal definitions. "I don't like it" / "I don't agree with it" / "It's 'woke'" does not make something fraud. Buying into that perspective is intellectual dishonesty.
