Actually it is! Although your tolerances will not be as good as with a fusion jet printer. For FDM, print on a textured bed and play with the “fuzzy skin” settings in Cura. You’ll get quite close to what’s shown in the author’s pictures.

Thank you, I do too! I wish it was possible to leave it uncoated, but it develops a worn look pretty quickly. Printing MJF through Fictiv was pretty cheap, especially if you don’t need a rush delivery.
