Looks like the HTTP 418 is due to the HN referrer header, copy-paste into a new tab worked fine.

It could be worse.

Have you seen what you get if you visit jwz.org with a HN referrer header?

Not that I blame JWZ at all.

So do I, but a lot of people here don't care much for the notion that neither HN nor its parent company YCombinator are universally admired.

Ah, so this is why I need to disable cross site referer info in Vanadium.
