What nonsense. If they wanted to use a headmounted camera for filming pornography then there's nothing stopping them. There are plenty of such cameras around.
There's plenty of head-mounted gear they could use, but presumably they'd be more interested in a combination of innocuous and film quality.
I can imagine that this "nonsense" would have some pretty good use cases in live performances etc. Think webcam, erotic theatre shows etc.

I've only seen/heard of setups where the performer is pushing video. Some throw the group of viewers into a shared chat channel, some don't. But, yeah, there it is.
It's not my cup of tea, but they seem pretty popular, profitable and disruptive.
