so we can push frontiers on space exploration with 25bn but need 900bn for earth exploration? makes sense ;)
No one is spending 900 on earth exploration.
sorry, "exploration" is a wrong word, destruction I guess is better ... 25bn is absolutely not enough money not just for any "deep space" exploration but not enough for "around the Earth and back" exploration which is why private companies like SpaceX are taking over even that...
