I suppose you know that you split the layout of ST just like you can split the pane in iTerm2 ... You can even have the same file open twice in a side by side view.

Right, but that's only for files. My extra panes tend to have REPLs, curls, docs, etc. more often than other files.

That's the reason behind LightTable. I have to say, a Terminal could be a great addition to ST features.
