There’s not really as much article there as I was hoping. It’s not even clear what context he’s referring to, if this was from 2020, or because of the more recent suit involving RFK, or the 2024 election in general

Which, makes sense, given Trump was president. Zuckerberg does say prior general warnings about Russian disinformation caused Meta to initially demote it for a period, since it made them skeptical of it. But those warnings weren't related to a specific incident, like the laptop/hard drives/iCloud accounts of Hunter Biden.
