Disclaimer: I lost all my hearing during to one dosage of "quit-smoking" drug. Court case still pending after 8 years.

No, that is not what is "most likely" that's just a completely unrelated thing that happened to you.

Anecdotals and court cases are not a small percentage, not even close.
