Ukraine already conducts attacks on Russian forward operating bases in Crimea and Donbas. And, by the way, these aren’t carried out just by Ukraine. US drones and satellites are used to perform reconnaissance. French and UK military personnel are likely programming the Storm shadow missiles. Talking about SS, when was the last time those were used?
It’s not like the west has an unlimited stockpiles. The European NATO members are low on everything right now. What should US do? Supply Ukraine with Minutemen missiles?
Everybody would love to see the aggressor get what's coming to them (quite deservedly), but I think they're wisely choosing to remain on the right side of history to refrain from becoming just as bad as the Russians, and so maintain their essential humanity, which the brutal Russians have clearly lost, or never had.
Like what? They target everyone they can reach with their weapons.
