Hard to say really, a half-truth is worse than a lie given people won't know which facts that serve actual policy decisions are missing. Thus, someone claiming to be a single source of truth without err, must ultimately also lie by omission to rule rather than represent. In such cases, even an objective mind is fooled into believing there is a rational choice in false dichotomy.

I'd vote for Lord Bucket-head, as I think irrational covert evil simply shows a lack of resolve. =3
