Yeah, the ending of that episode is one of the most depressing out of the entire series (though I haven't watched the last season yet). The fact that even the "fuck you!" becomes commoditized and fake like everything else in the universe kind of upset me upon my first watch.

It's probably my favorite episode of the entire series.
