The same goes for things like mandatory reporting requirements, especially if those requirements are opaque.
As sad as it is to say, I think people that are worried about this are better off not trusting/confiding in 'mental health professionals' (or prolly 'that are there to help'). Their interests just aren't aligned with yours.
