Do you really think the US (aka #1 economy in the world aka #1 power in the world) has the same life expectancy as Sri Lanka because """diversity""" ? There are a dozen of things that have more impacts. Like half of the US being obese, or 15%+ have diabetes, &c. (which are both factors in maternal death btw).
