Thanks, the clear roadmaps on this page are great to explore their interests. DevOps might be just out of scope of their current understanding, but I think there is value in the roadmap approach for them and understanding what skills facilitate what paths. I agree with your take on internal vs. external facing roles. I think internal government roles might be their best option at this stage.
