What? Arrest Co2 increase in the atmosphere

So many points. Does your thinking start with “it is obvious that…” or “the right side of history” ? We as humans are just very susceptible to a combination of fallacy and social reinforcement, no matter our political stance.

There’s nothing complex about human induced Co2 in the atmosphere. We know what we have to do.

No, we are not. It is just Western-centrism, and you for some reason forget, that there is 5 billion more people on the Planet, for whom the consequences of the fight against CO2 emission is more dangerous then the global warming. The same goes for microplastics pollution and the other things you listed.
