Not sure it could because it would just constantly give you hard lemonade as the taste is simply superior to beer. Even a "beer drinker" would give a higher flavor score for a hard lemonade over what they "just drink".
Actual beer drinkers "just drink" a specific beverage because it's what marketed to them, say, as a fisherman, or a football watching person.
Even if you put some guard rails up and blocked "lemon containing drinks" from participating in the training data, barely noticeable differences in "hef" would just win. Again beer drinkers drink what has been socially fed to them in their friend circle, on TV ads and who/what they identify with.
