1 USD would get you 25 Mexican pesos (MXN) in April 2020. Today, it will only get you 16.80 MXN.

That’s a huge jump in value for the peso, that’s impressive.

I would think the 2020 number was more due to the pandemic craziness. It was ~18 in January 2020, then shot up to 25 that April. Now it's back to 16.80
